" The arrival of 24 F-111 Aardvarks and 24 F-16D Block 52 surprised many here at the runway of Diosdado Macapagal International Airport, formerly Clark Air Force Base. As we can see, the aircraft are carrying the Philippine Air Force emblem and from my vantage point, they are now opening their cockpits and pilots are removing their helmets. There are several officials, i repeat several high ranking officials and, a fleet of black suv's are emerging with lights on and sirens blaring. It is the President himself, my dear countrymen, i repeat, The President of the Philippines has arrived and right now he is shaking the hands of the pilots and military officials. From where and what's the story behind the arrival of these highly tactical jets and in Philippine colours will be known once the president addresses the nation. The pilots are now boarding their planes again and taxying to the hangar at the end of the runway. Security is very strict and now, The President is approaching the podium that was immediately placed on the tarmac, let's hear the speech of the President of the Republic of Philippines."

As been in the headline for the past months, China is moving into commisioning its first aircraft carrier and the Spratley issue become hot again. Well today, is not yesterday. with these i present to you, F-111P, upgraded Aardvarks and the latest F-16D, the Block 52 models. and not only that, at the coming days, we will be having the Tarawa Class "BRP NINOY AQUINO" with 35 helicopters and 8 AV-8P Harrier jumpjets from the order of 2 LHA type landing ships and 18 Harrier, 6 Aegis Type Destroyers, 4 Ticonderoga class Aegis type cruiser and 6 Los Angeles Class Submarines. In the following months, we wil receive PAC-- THAAD Missiles and long range radars, naval patrol craft will be ex USN P-3P Orions, around 15 aircraft and will be complemented with a variety of Seahawks and NH90 Helicopters. Our air force will be beefed up with 72 fighter jets, mixed of ex USN F-14 Tomcats and Panavia Tornado, ADF variant."
These all defense material are purchased thru FMS deal and approved by both government of America, Britain and the Philippines.
Attack helicopters are from ex US Army units and Russian Army Aviation, the Apache and the Hokum.
