strange but with the years have passed,
time that tolled, i still remember how you shine among the rest.
how you face, so young and vibrant
enchanted the birds and made them sing sweet music in the morning.
your aura, that let's the flower blossomed into their fullest.
the leaves to welcome the early sunrays,
the butterflies, scampering when you walks on by.
now at the noon of our lives, i found you by the river,
confused, hurt and disoriented.
lost was the vibrance,
gone is the aura,
shunned from the world
afraid when approached
fear not for i'll be with you
as you cross this river of life
we will both build a boat
that will take us to the other side.
no more time to lose
no more time to cry
let's walk, hand in hand
and face the test of time.
be not afraid my dear one
coz thru the test of time.
i'll be with you, by your side
let that loneliness fly away
